The Beginning

Homemade roasted pumpkin and sweet potato soup, crusty bread (V)

Seasonal charcuterie plate with olives, rocket, walnuts and basil croutes

Hot and cold smoked salmon terrine, horseradish cream, pickled cucumber

Toasted goats cheese and beetroot salad, pine nuts, balsamic glaze (V)

 

The Main Event

Traditional roast turkey served with all the trimmings

Seared seabass, rosti potato, brown shrimp and dill butter

Braised beef cheeks, parsnip mash, bacon, baby onion, red wine jus

Butternut squash and mushroom Wellington, roast potatoes, tomato ragu (V)

 

All served with a medley of Covent Garden vegetables

 

The Encore

Warm Christmas pudding, brandy sauce

Lemon and raspberry brulee, shortbread biscuit

Chocolate brownie, Bailey’s ice cream

Selection of local cheeses with biscuits and chutney
